Working as a laborer for a home guttering company, after moving with his wife from western Kansas to Reno County, Sergio Pineda discovered he really enjoyed the work.

After about three years of working for someone else, however, and with a new family started, Pineda decided – with the help of his wife Lupa and financial assistance from family – to launch his own business.
